Programs

We are offering a great opportunity for girls ages 6-8 years old to learn the game of softball. We will use the pitching machine/coach pitch for this age group. This league is geared for fun and fundamentals. Player Evaluations are scheduled for late March. We plan to have 2 practices a week starting in April. 2 games a week starting in May (weeknights). COACHES will be needed for each team. This league is laid back and our goal is for the girls to learn the basic fundamentals of throwing, catching, and hitting.
Equipment: Each player will need to have their own glove and a defensive facemask (metal). The glove should go on their 'non' dominant hand. They will throw with their dominant hand (the same hand they eat or write with). Gloves will need to be 12 inches or larger. (no t-ball gloves)
